To improve the underfoot cushioning experience, an extra 2mm of foam has been added to the midsole. Engineered Mesh with GORE-TEX Lining The upper of the Gel-Pulse 17 is crafted from an engineered mesh to deliver superior comfort and breathability. TThe mesh allows cool, fresh air to circulate, while simultaneously removing unwanted warm air to regulate temperature and create a microclimate that ensures you remain comfortable during training. Supplying your feet with a waterproof, protective layer, the Gel-Pulse utilise a GORE-TEX membrane. This membrane prevents water, rain, and snow from entering the shoes, keeping your feet dry and protected in changing weather conditions. The soft, padded heel collar and tongue sit close to the foot and ankle to prevent irritation and increase comfort, and lastly, a traditional lacing system locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement for a secure fit.
