Armed with a high-grip sole and 4mm heel drop, Mammut's lightest trail running shoe delivers the traction and versatility you need to take on the mixed terrain and vertical gains. Breathable Mesh Upper Designed to provide lightweight comfort, the Saentis TR Low have been constructed using a breathable mesh upper. The lightweight and highly breathable upper construction allows cool air to flow throughout the upper while simultaneously allowing hot, humid air to escape. To avoid damp feet and therefore dampened spirits, a GORE-TEX membrane resides inside the shoes; it integrates with the mesh upper to supply a combination of durable waterproofing and optimised breathability. Sometimes it's hard to stay dry without developing that distracting clammy feeling, but GORE-TEX keeps water on the outside while letting perspiration escape from the inside, keeping sweat to a minimum and you cool and comfy. Synthetic overlays increase durability and help the shoes stand up to the rigours of trail running, with rubber toe caps protecting you from rocks and uneven surfaces.
