New Balance FuelCell SuperComp Elite v5 x District Vision Men's Running Shoes | Linen/Black

New Balance FuelCell SuperComp Elite v5 x District Vision Men's Running Shoes With an ultra-lightweight design, full-length carbon fibre plate and an ultra-responsive PEBA midsole, the FuelCell SC Elite is premium performance built for race day. In District Vision's collaborative take on the model, the California brand uses monochromatic earth tones across two new minimalist colourways, paying special attention to material tactility and artisanal detail. Single Layer Mesh Upper Constructed with FANTOMFIT, the single-layer mesh upper of the FuelCell SuperComp Elite v5 provides a comfortable fit and exceptional breathability. It locks down the foot for a secure feel, ensuring confident strides on race day. Intolerable heat build-up can escape through the mesh and be replaced with cool, fresh air, which circulates through the shoe to keep your feet cool, dry and comfortable. The tongue and collar have been engineered to provide a comfortable, natural feel as you transition from training to racing shoes. A traditional lacing system locks down the midfoot for a secure and stable ride. FuelCell Midsole Years of research have gone into perfecting the SuperComp Elite, containing a FuelCell midsole that has been made with 100% PEBA foam. The FuelCell midsole compound is a nitrogen-infused foam that cushions, provides springy rebounds and delivers long-lasting performance. The midsole absorbs shock and negative impact through heel strike, reducing stress and strain on the foot muscles and joints and reducing the risk of injury. Energy Arc in the midsole pairs sport-specific Carbon fibre plate geometry with strategic midsole voids, designed to increase stored energy and deliver a higher total energy returned. The fine-tuned Carbon fibre plate provides increased stiffness in the forefoot, offering a feeling of propulsion from one stride to the next. Solid Rubber Outsole Finishing up the Fuelcell SuperComp Elite v5 is a new outsole material that provides superior traction and durability, coming in at approximately 1.7mm thick. The lightweight rubber compound won't weigh you down on race day, so you can push harder and reach your goals. With added durability, the outsole protects the midsole cushioning every step, during long races. Lastly, a midfoot cutout further reduces the shoe's weight and provides visibility to the Carbon plate for visual interest. | New Balance FuelCell SuperComp Elite v5 x District Vision Men's Running Shoes | UK 6.5 in Linen/Black
