Engineered Mesh Upper Made using an engineered mesh upper, the upper of the Electrify Nitro 4 is extremely breathable for a comfortable experience when running. Strategically placed perforations optimise breathability in areas of the foot that need more ventilation, allowing cool air to flow freely through the shoes, for a cooling experience. A traditional lace-up provides a secure, locked-in fit which helps to reduce in-shoe slippage. The upper of the shoes is made with at least 30% recycled materials. NITROFOAM and PROFOAM LITE Midsole The Electrify Nitro 4 has a two-part midsole which holds more NITROFOAM in the heel and uses lightweight PROFOAM LITE through the midsole. NITROFOAM is Puma's innovative, lightweight nitrogen-infused foam technology which provides explosive energy and enhances underfoot cushioning. Alongside this, PROFOAM LITE is a light and flexible EVA foam, which provides high-impact resistance and improves the flexibility of the sole, for comfortable, flexible strides. PROFOAM also features for stability and durability. The combined midsole provides you with reinforced cushioning whilst helping to enhance propulsion for fast, confident running, as well as absorbing shocks and impact to reduce the risk of injuries or discomfort.
