Puma Magnify Nitro 2 Women's Running Shoes It's all about a comfortable ride with the Magnify NITRO and this season Puma retooled the model with an engineered knit upper and even more NITRO. Constructed with Puma's thickest piece of nitrogen-infused NITROFOAM in the midsole, this shoe is built for long runs where comfort is your top priority. Engineered Knit Upper The upper of the Magnify Nitro has been constructed using a knitted material to provide optimum breathability and comfort. The knitted upper provides plenty of stretch, that moves with the foot for a comfortable feel as soon as you put them on. The shoes use various-sized perforations within the fabric in areas that need it most to allow cool air to flow, whilst hot muggy air escapes. This provides a cooling sensation as you move and a drier, healthier environment for your feet to thrive. Increasing the structure and support of the shoes the instep has PWRTAPE, which supports the foot and reduces in-shoe movement. The shoes also feature a moulded heel collar to provide you with a locked-in feel at the heel, that helps to reduce movement for a more secure ride. The Magnify Nitro 2 has a traditional lacing system to provide a secure, locked-in feel as you move. NITROFOAM Midsole The Midsole of the Magnify Nitro has been created using the thickest piece of Puma's most elite foam. This nitrogen-infused Peba foam is lightweight and springy, providing high energy return and responsiveness. Infusing nitrogen into the foam Puma has been able to expand their midsoles, so the shoes are extremely comfortable underfoot whilst also providing maximum propulsion with each step, letting you run further and faster with ease. Not only will the foam help propel you forward so you can hit those PBs, but it will also absorb shocks and negative impact forces as you strike down on hard unforgiving surfaces, by doing so reduces stress on the joints and the risk of injury. PUMAGRIP Outsole Puma have used a PUMAGRIP rubber compound on the outsole of the Magnify Nitro 2, to provide a combination of superior traction alongside durability. Strategically placed the rubber forms a solid connection with a wide range of surfaces, even when wet or dry, giving you the confidence to run whatever the weather. The strong connection with the ground will also provide a firm base to push off from, allowing for a more efficient gait cycle.
