The upper features Topo's signature roomy toe box, helping toes align in their natural position for better balance, stability and comfort. A traditional lacing system allows you to lock in the fit for a secure midfoot and heel, ensuring confident strides, allowing you to run worry-free. Completing the upper is a padded tongue that reduces pressure points on the top of the foot while increasing overall comfort. Dual Density ZipFoam Midsole The Phantom 4 has a new and improved full-length, dual-density ZipFoam midsole to provide a super responsive and cushioned ride. ZipFoam is Topo's proprietary midsole compound, which is springier than EVA
