Mizuno Nitrogen Infused ENERZY NXT Midsole The Inspire 22 has received an update to the midsole; the foam has been infused with Nitrogen, enhancing comfort and shock absorption. Mizuno ENERZY NXT is ultra-soft and responsive, providing a light and springy ride; however, this has been taken to the next level with the addition of Nitrogen. The foam is now even lighter than previous Enerzy midsoles, delivering even more energy return and keeping you fresher mile after mile as you strive for your best results. The midsole also features a Wave Plate, which prevents partial deformation and provides dynamic support to correct overpronation, guiding the foot forward for softer movement.
