The material is also highly durable, ensuring no run is cut short, as they pull you through PB after PB. PWRTAPE overlays feature surrounding the foot, providing added protection against possible bumps and scrapes, while also enhancing the overall durability of the shoe. The tongue has plush padding within it for extra comfort against the foot and is semi-gusseted for an immovable fit. This is complimented by a traditional lacing system, that locks down the midfoot. NITROFOAM Midsole Nitrogen-infused PEBA foam has been used within the midsole to enhance energy return and provide plush comfort underfoot. As you strike down over unforgiving surfaces, the harsh impact is soaked up into the foam, before the building pressure is released within your following strides as propulsive energy, pushing you towards your goals with force. The foam is also super lightweight and durable to reduce foot fatigue and keep you running with the same responsiveness. To complete the midsole is a removable sockliner, this provides an added bit of cushioning and can be removed depending on personal preference.
