The Reverence was designed in the English Lake District to tackle the roughest and harshest of terrains, whilst giving your feet the room and protection they need to keep you running all day long. MATRYX Upper The upper of the Reverence has been created from reinforced Kevlar for ultimate coverage and protection against the trials of the trails. It is a zonal one-piece upper designed for use in wet conditions, with every zoned area fulfilling the demands of said area. This singular piece reduced the overall weight of the shoe for faster-feeling feet and reduced the risk of chafing and irritation to the foot caused by seams. A wrap-over tongue is split and extends over both sides of the upper for a more cradled fit around the midfoot, whilst circular laces glide easily through the lace loops for precise adjustments to the fit and easy on/off. The true-fit last shape ensures natural movement of the foot and toe splay, preventing constriction. The upper is finished with a sturdy heel cup for excellent levels of stability on technical terrain and reflective trim for visibility in low light. Duo-Pro Midsole The midsole of the Reverence is made from dual-density Duo-Pro foam. The top layer is softer to provide comfort and a cushioned-feeling ride, whilst the bottom layer is firmer to provide greater stability. The combination of the two provides you with everything you need to push it to the max out of the trails, providing you with a fast and efficient feel. OCX3 MICHELIN Outsole The outsole of the Reverence is crafted from an OCX3 compound from Michelin. It stands for 'Outdoor Extreme Compound 3' and is an extremely sticky rubber compound that offers excellent traction on wet surfaces with great durability on soft ground and mixed terrain. 7mm lugs bite into the ground to provide great traction on off-trail surfaces and muddy terrain.
