Scott Supertrac Amphib Trail Running Shoes

Scott Supertrac Amphib Trail Running Shoes The Supertrac Amphib is Scott's first shoe specifically designed for multi-sport use whenever you come in contact with water. Be it obstacle course races, fell running, orienteering or exploring coastlines and rivers the radial traction outsole will give you confidence and the ultimate traction on those wet terrains. Additionally, the KPU upper provides rugged and highly durable protection while maintaining excellent levels of drainage. The Supertrac Amphib is your best ally for any sport, whatever the conditions. Breathable Air Mesh Upper The upper of the Supertrac Amphib is constructed from breathable and lightweight mesh, to regulate the temperature of your feet and keep you comfortable. The air mesh allows intolerable heat build-up to escape as the trail intensifies. This is then replaced with cool, fresh air to keep you feeling comfortable when things heat up so you can stay focused on the trail ahead. KPU materials feature on the upper to ensure added protection and durability, ready for whatever the trail has to throw at you and maintain excellent levels of drainage. This protective design works to keep debris from entering the shoe and causing discomfort. Not only this, but the mesh is quick-drying to keep your feet dry and comfortable as well as lightweight. A toe guard provides added protection and a performance tongue sits comfortably against the top of the foot. Lastly, an engineered lacing system locks down the midfoot for a secure and stable fit that helps to prevent in-shoe slippage. AeroFoam+ Midsole Made from an AeroFoam+ compound, the midsole provides you with outstanding cushioning and protection underfoot. AeroFoam+ provides a cushioned yet stable ride. Not only this, but the AeroFoam+ offers outstanding durability and has excellent energy return, for a responsive ride. With increased plush cushioning, the midsole protects you against treacherous trails and rocky roads for a more comfortable, distraction-free ride. Working alongside this, the shoes utilise Scott's innovative eRIDE midsole compound. This unique rocker shape provides you with a stable mid-stance, promoting a faster, more efficient running style. Regardless of your running gait, eRIDE works with the body to promote a more dynamic running position, reducing heel strike impacts and increasing running efficiency. The midsole of the Supertrac Amphib works to absorb sudden and heavy shocks, therefore reducing the risks of injury and keeping you distraction and injury-free. In addition, the energy created by heavy contact with the ground will then be transferred into rebound which will help to improve running fluidity. The body is kept protected from the rigours and fatigue of long trail runs without losing the efficiency of the eRIDE, working in tandem together for a smooth, energetic ride. Radical Traction Outsole With a bite face for traction and an outer face that escapes mud, the lugs on the Supertrac Amphib are able to rotate through the surface while offering unparalleled traction in a 360-degree sphere. This outsole was made for running in the most technical exposed mountain environments and will help you stay in control of every step for longer. The rubber used is extremely durable, which means that it will be able to retain all of its properties over a long course of time. | Scott Supertrac Amphib Trail Running Shoes UK Men's | 7
